The Veranda Series

This was a collaboration with Front Light Building Company, built on Hunting Lodge Road in Palmetto Bluff. The goal was to create two unique house plans that could be expanded and have a variety of elevations to create a nice streetscape. Some unique elements, including interesting columns, porch and railing details, a stand-alone guest cottage in the rear of the lot, and two new garages with living spaces above.

Crane Island - Custom Home

This custom house on the main park in Crane Island, Florida, has large porches with great views of the water. It’s a traditional coastal design with wide overhanging eaves, lots of light and windows, and exposed rafter tails.

Habersham - Custom Home

Custom house that faces two ponds and a street. It is also visible from long distances, so three elevations needed to be carefully considered. Porches on both sides look out to each pond and the marsh view beyond. Interior features a vaulted kitchen and dining space, and nice screened porch with great pond views.

Sugarberry Adaptation

This home was built using our Sugarberry plan, with a few adaptations. The stairs were moved into a bump-out and the house was enlarged with porches and a revised master bedroom to fit the site in Crane Island.
