TNH Pricing & Purchase Information
Plans are available for purchase online through our TNH Catalog or over the phone by calling our office (843-379-5630).
If you are looking for something particular but can’t find it on the website, please send us an email and we will help find some options that may work well for you.
Search for plans in the TNH Catalog by catalog number (e.g. TNH-SC-31), Southern Living Name (if applicable), or general characteristics (e.g. 2 Bed, Master Down, etc.). We recommend keeping the searches limited to the one characteristic you’re most interested in, such as # of bedrooms or master bedroom location. While the plans are grouped by a square foot range, it’s not currently possible to search by specific square footage.

*Occasionally, plans developed with Southern Living may have a different price. The plan’s price is listed at the bottom of each individual plan page.
**AutoCAD files are only able to be purchased in addition to a License PDF set and may only be purchased by calling the office.
All plans are digital. Moser Design Group does not provide hard copies of any plans. Local print shops can print full-size sets from the digital copies we provide.
Cost of Study / Pricing sets are deducted from the price of full Construction Document (PDF) set of the same plan.
Most plans are designed with raised crawl space foundations. However some may be available as raised slabs as well for no extra charge. If you are interested in a specific foundation type, including adding a basement, we may either have it available, or can give you an estimate for the cost to modify the foundation.
Some house plans have mirrored versions already available for no extra charge. For those that do not, mirrored versions of house plans will be an additional charge depending on size. Mirrored versions of outbuildings are available for an additional $250, homes in the Guest, Petite, and Small Cottage Collection for $650, Large Cottages for $800, and Manors for $1,000. Please contact us if you are interested in a mirrored plan and do not see it available online.
Modifications to any TNH home are $225 per hour. Contact us for a free estimate.
Residents of South Carolina must add an additional 6% sales tax.
